Problem 3. A convex octagon inscribed in a circle has four consecutive sides of length 3 and four consecutive sides of length 2. Find the area of the octagon.

Problem 4. In trapezoid PQRS, PQ and SR are perpendicular to PS, PQ < RS and PQ + RS = QR. Given that PS = 20, find the value of PQ * RS.
